Room Rent

Most new graduate students will be assigned to a shared on bedroom apartment with a roommmate. Graduate Housing Room Rates are below:

One Shared Bedroom, $3,249
Two Bedroom (Private Bedroom), $3,366.50
Studio (Private Apartment), $3,388.50

Room Rent Refunds

Room rent refunds are pro-rated based on the 5-week rent refund schedule that can be found on the Residential Life website at http://www.housing.umass.edu/assign/grad_new.html No rent refunds are granted after five weeks.
