Career Opportunities
Now more than ever, employers are seeking graduates who can think critically, communicate clearly, and solve complex problems. STPEC provides students with the tools that employers are looking for. STPEC’s interdisciplinary curriculum fosters rigor as well as intellectual curiosity and flexibility. Real working experience in STPEC internships gives students the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practical contexts. Participation in STPEC governance encourages leadership skills to communicate, collaborate, and negotiate the uncertainties of today’s ever-changing world. To support STPEC students in developing their careers, STPEC has created an alumni network to connect senior students with STPEC graduates. STPEC graduates have pursued rewarding careers in law, non-profits, NGOs, teaching, labor, public service, community organizing, publishing, media, business, and many other fields. STPEC gives students the skills they need to make a difference in understanding, critiquing and contributing towards changing the world. |
