Student Development

CMASS aims to to help develop skills, leadership potential, career aspirations, and sense of identity throughout the academic experience. Our office supports a comprehensive mentoring program that connects ALANA students to successful juniors and seniors on campus, and also manages attendance for the many leadership conferences available each year.
