Dual Degree Option: Master of Public Policy and Administration/Master of Public Health
The School of Public Policy (SPP) and the School of Public Health and Health Sciences (SPHHS) offer a dual Master of Public Policy and Administration (MPPA) and Master of Public Health (MPH) degree program that can be completed within three years of full-time study. The M.P.P.A./M.P.H. option requires that students complete 72 total credits, 42 in the Health Policy and Management program (Department of Health Promotion and Policy, SPHHS) and 30 through the School of Public Policy. Applicants must meet admission requirements and be accepted by both the School of Public Policy and the Health Policy and Management program to qualify for the dual degree option. Students currently enrolled in either program may also apply to the other program during their first year to matriculate as a MPPA/MPH candidate.
