Program Overview

A candidate for the Master of Science degree in Entomology, in addition to meeting the requirements of the Graduate School, ordinarily must complete the course requirements of ENTOMOL 326, 655 and 657 (or approved course) and related sciences or their equivalents as determined by the adviser, committee, and the student. Two graduate seminars are required. Students who are taking the non-thesis option must complete a special problems course (ENTOMOL 697A) that involves a project or research.

Requirements for the Doctor of Philosophy degree include the course requirements for the M.S. degree, Intermediate Biostatistics, and those established by the Graduate School and the student’s committee. Four graduate seminars are required. Interested students should contact Professor Anne Averill, the Graduate Program Director, for the most current requirements.
